We are pleased to announce this month’s speaker, Garrick Clig, who will be presenting on “Benefits of physical activity after being diagnosed with prostate cancer”.
Garrick Clig is the Co-Founder & Coach of Spear Leader Lifestyles which is an organization focused on Nutrition, Fitness & Corrective Exercise, Event Prep, and Life Coaching. Garrick is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer and has extensive experience working with all age-groups and types of clients.
Men Helping Men is an educational program that empowers men to make informed decisions throughout their prostate cancer journey.
