From Our Family To Yours

Thanksgiving is the time of the year when we stop to think about and appreciate everything we have to be thankful for. The Ackerman Cancer Center family is thankful for your trust and friendship, and we are honored to walk beside each one of you on your journey to health and wellness.

This year, we would like to invite you to celebrate Thanksgiving as a member of our ACC family! We bring you a collection of family and favorite recipes, submitted by members of our staff, that are rich in tradition and flavor. While we always want to be healthy in our nutritional choices, we believe that you can thrive in pursuing health while still enjoying our holidays with friends and family. 

As we have discussed in previous years, we are fortunate that some of the most staple holiday dishes in America call for some of the most anticancer foods such as apples, asparagus, berries, broccoli, cabbage, kale, Brussels sprouts, cranberries, garlic, spinach, and walnuts.
